Improve

Learning Groups:

Designed for anyone who is currently employed and would like to improve themselves or up-skill for whatever reason, become more confident at work, look towards promotion perhaps; however, depending on the module some charges may apply.

Aim:

Create a programme of courses and modules which will enable the learner to enhance the skills which they have already have, or develop new skills to help them in their day to day work, examples could be, but not limited to: WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, Basic or Advanced I.T., Web Site Building, Handyman Skills, Electrical Principals or Electronics

 

How:

Identify the learner’s goals for the future, identify their current level of skill and create a development plan which will guide them to achieving their goals.

 

Course Duration:

This will vary from learner to learner, it will be using a blend of tutor taught modules, on-line self study with tutor support and practical scenario based examples, assessment will be by the completion of project / assignment. It is planned to deliver these modules during the evening to accommodate those who work during the day.

Certification:

All modules are assessed and a certificate of achievement will be awarded, or a certificate of attendance if the assessment criteria is mot met
